Shipping Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

Shipping availability, charges and estimated dispatch and delivery times must be shown before payment. Dispatch means handing an order to the carrier; it is different from the date a package arrives.

Processing and delivery

The product page currently displays a 1–3 business-day dispatch estimate. The merchant must confirm that estimate, available destinations and shipping services before ordering is enabled. Carrier transit time is additional unless an offer expressly states otherwise.

Any shipping charges and applicable taxes will be presented at checkout before you place an order. We do not promise delivery dates that have not been confirmed.

Tracking

For tracked shipments, the order confirmation or shipping notification will explain how to follow the package. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scans.

If a shipment is delayed

For covered U.S. online orders, the seller must have a reasonable basis for the advertised shipping time. If it cannot meet that time—or the applicable 30-day default when no shipping time was stated—it must provide the required delay notice and an option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund of unshipped merchandise. Consent requirements depend on the delay.

Address errors, missing or damaged packages

Check your shipping address before submitting an order. If it needs correcting, contact support promptly; an address change may not be possible after dispatch.

If a package is missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with the order number and available tracking details so the issue can be investigated. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
